Martin Murphy is the principal of the company.
He is a native of Kilcullen, Co. Kildare and he still lives locally. He studied at the Institute of Technology, Carlow and the University of Glamorgan, Cardiff, Wales.
He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management, a National Diploma in Building Management and a National Certificate in Construction. He is a member of the Institute of Engineers Ireland and Chartered Institute of Building.
He has over 15 years experience in the Planning, construction & developments sectors.
During his career he has worked as a Projects Manager for a large Irish international property development company based in Ireland & the UK. His main role was the completion of residential developments on programme, on budget, within planning while also ensuring a high standard of quality was achieved.
He set up Murphy Design & Build Solutions to provide a complete service to clients who wish to build their dream home or renovate their existing one. He strives to provide his clients with a high quality prompt professional service no matter what size the job.
