Company Principal
Martin Murphy is the principal of the company. He is a native of Kilcullen, Co. Kildare and he still lives locally.
He studied at the Institute of Technology, Carlow and the University of Glamorgan, Cardiff, Wales as well as Dundalk Institute of Technology.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management, a National Diploma in Building Management, a National Certificate in Construction along with an EPA/FETAC National Certificate for Site Suitability Assessment.
He is a Registered Building Surveyor along with being a member of the Institute of Engineers Ireland and Chartered Institute of Building.
History
He has over 25 years experience in the Planning, construction & developments sectors.
During his career he has worked as a Projects Manager for a large Irish international property development company based in Ireland & the UK.
He set up Murphy Design & Build Solutions Ltd to provide a complete service to clients who have a vision and dream to build a new home, renovate their existing one or design a new residential or commercial development.
He strives to provide his clients with a high quality prompt professional service no matter what size the job.
